Family Away Day

By Gemma (17)

In the morning I took part in the circus skills session. I enjoyed learning how to juggle and hula hoop.

I had a great lunch, I ate curry and fruit for dessert.

In the afternoon I took part in the street art. I helped design and create a piece that is now on display in Yorkshire Housing’s Sheffield office.

I watched the presentation at the end of the day, which involved other children displaying the circus skills and dancing that they had learnt during the day.

I made these desserts at school and they’ve turned out ok. Quick and easy, perfect for a quick dessert!

It was very fun and exciting making these desserts. Recommended for both young and old, for both experienced and beginner chefs!

My sister and I had made rock buns at home, but my sister had put her buns on the wrong shelf and they were all burnt at the bottom! My sister was very disappointed.
